* Creditor Rights in Bankruptcy: A debtor's Chapter 11 filing need not mean an automatic write-off. Creditors, particularly those who serve on creditors' committees, can often take control for a more favorable return. Alan Halperin of Halperin & Associates will show us how.

Discussion of mutual accounts, focusing on in depth additional information that goes beyond the figures. PICE's attorney will be present to insure compliance with legal guidelines. Attendees should print the reports to bring with them, but additional report packages will be available if needed.

Meet in the hotel lobby for a short walk to the charming Restaurant Julien where we will enjoy gourmet French cuisine in a delightful setting. A perfect site for a relaxing, fun filled respite from our day's work!
