DSO Surveys

PICE conducts quarterly DSO surveys to enable its members to benchmark their accounts receivable data against others in the industry. These surveys are quick and easy to fill out and provide participants with useful information:

	During the first few weeks after the close of each calendar quarter, the PICE DSO survey input form is available to all members via our credit website.

	Survey respondents enter their raw A/R information on the survey input form which calculates their DSO results. The results (and only the results - not the raw data) are sent to the PICE credit system. The are no other members involved in processing the DSO data so the confidentiality of this information is not compromised.

	At the end of the survey input period, the results are immediately available to all members who participated in the survey. Survey results are divided into 5 categories such as Books and Publications. A complete history of previous DSO survey results is also available on the PICE credit website to those members participating in the survey.

	As part of the fourth quarter DSO survey, members may also participate in the "Year-End Bad Debt" information review, which focuses on reserve for bad debts and write-offs.
