When I came into the printing industry in 1992, I was faced with the challenge of a seriously delinquent customer base with a large percentage of bad debts.

As a former member of an advertising industry credit group, I knew how beneficial these organizations can be. A quick search on the internet led me to PICE (Printing Industry Credit Executives).

By providing payment history on businesses within the print industry, PICE helped me get our accounts receivable under control and make well-informed credit decisions going forward.

At that cost, everyone within our industry should be a PICE member. I'd even go so far as to suggest that it would be dereliction of fiduciary responsibilities to our companies not to be a member.
