Any firm engaged in the business of producing commercial printing or supplying materials used in the manufacture of commercial printing, that is not a broker or buyer of printed materials, is eligible for membership in PICE.

Members are expected to comply with the ByLaws governing the PICE Credit Exchange, specifically agreeing to treat all information as strictly confidential and to respond to other member inquiries in a prompt and accurate manner.
