PICE Credit Exchange

The PICE Credit Exchange is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It is accessible only to current PICE members via a unique username and password.

The database currently comprises credit information on approximately 25,000 printing industry customers.

Features of the PICE Credit Exchange

  • Online help screens ensure that members can start using the PICE Exchange database quickly, with little or no training.

Every data entry field has its own help text and colored icons explaining each action.

  • User control and flexibility. Users can set an experience level that determines the amount of help that appears on each screen.

Flash notices, credit inquiries and responses can be set to appear when the user logs in, or to be pushed to the user’s regular e-mail. In addition, users can select to receive all Flash notices, or only those on their own customers.

  • Multiple search options make it easy to find information on your customers by name, partial name, company, address and even your account number.

It’s also easy to poll the PICE membership for updated information on customers already in the PICE database or information on customers not already included. Such requests can be broadcast to specific members or all of the membership.

  • Easy, intuitive user interface makes providing and accessing credit information simple.

Members can supply information by responding to another member’s inquiry, submitting Flash notices or furnishing monthly aging reports (a number of formats are acceptable including Excel spreadsheets).

Reports can be viewed or printed in either Detail or Summary formats.

  • Flash and Past Due Reports. Members alert other members to serious issues related to their customers, like bankruptcies, accounts placed for collection, NSF checks, and other serious issues.

  • Online Member Directory makes keeping in touch with fellow members easy. You can view the member listing to get contact names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and other information.

  • Subgroupings allow member segments with their own core of mutual accounts to enjoy the benefits of membership, including the credit exchange, while focusing on their own specific information requirements.
